Ericjewelry usually uses FedEx,USPS, DHL, to shipping your order. There are some differences between arrival times in different countries.

  1. It may take 6-12 hours to process your order. Items is stock will be shipped within 5 days and for items not in stock, it may take up to 10 days for item to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfil your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.
  2. To track your order, please check delivery information at 17TRAKC via your express order number.
  3. Shipping Fees and Timing: We offer free shipping for orders above $100. For orders under $100, we have a $4 standard shipping rate and a $6 expedited shipping rate for you to choose from. We strive to deliver your order within 3-7 business days in the United States and within 8 business days in Europe. Other countries expect delivery within 8-15 business days.


  • Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Orders shipped to any of the US Territories including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only.
  • The transaction value of the order already includes the cost of the product and the cost of transportation. It also includes duties and VAT on the product and logistics.
  • We are not responsible for any other charges that may be charged by Customs for any international delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to destination issues, such as failing to provide a complete and correct shipping address or not being present at the address to sign and receive the package.
  • Please note, it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears.
  • Here at Ericjewelry, we make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
