It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. For any quality reason, we are happy to offer returns for jewelry that has not been cut, tampered with, worn, damaged and stamped in its original packaging within 180 days.

We take health and public safety issues very seriously and do not allow the return of used items for the safety of all our customers. Postage costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our 180-day return/exchange policy covers the following reasons:

  • We sent the wrong order or jewelry.
  • We sent a damaged piece of jewelry.

We can return jewelry within 180 days of receipt and you will be responsible for postage costs. For returns, we will deduct 20% of the restocking fee.

The following reasons are not covered by our 180-day return policy and we cannot be held responsible for the following reasons:

  • The product has been exposed to corrosive chemicals. Corrosive chemicals that can alter the appearance of our products include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, swimming pools, seawater, hot tubs, spas, and some cosmetics. For jewelry care, please refer to our Jewelry Care page.
  • Products are damaged by misuse and poor maintenance. Please do not wear our jewelry for gardening activities or wear our jewelry against hard objects, which may cause the stone to fall off. For jewelry that falls off the stone by hitting a hard object, it is not covered by our 180-day return policy.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with no scratches or signs of wear and must not be resized in any way. All gold plated, rose gold plated are plated with 1um color on 925 silver jewelry, in daily wear, friction and collision may cause fading, which is normal, this is not a quality issue.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • Due to the customer's personal reasons, such as not like the style of jewelry, choose the wrong size (can be exchanged), the screen resolution caused by color differences
  • Items participating in any events or using coupons cannot be returned, such as buy one get one free, or using discount codes.

Please note: The shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable and although you may have enjoyed free shipping or underestimated shipping costs, we do cover the original shipping cost for each order and therefore we cannot refund the shipping cost you paid.

Return service procedure:

  1. Send us an email to with a clear photo of the item(s) with quality problems and a description of the reason.
  2. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service department staff.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned jewelry. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to show up on your credit card and 1-3 business days for PayPal payments to show up on your account.
  4. Return address: We will provide a return address via email.

Exchange Instructions:

We are committed to giving you the best shopping experience possible, which is why we offer a 180-day no-fault return/exchange policy.

  • All exchanges should be new, unworn and in original condition, you can try them on and if the size doesn't fit please ask us for an exchange immediately, not after extended use.
  • A $5 coupon will be given to reimburse the customer for the postage paid to send back the package. The coupon cannot be converted to cash and is only for the customer to use for jewelry purchases at

Return and exchange process:

  1. Send us an email to, to make a request.
  2. Send back our package with the tracking information to our email address, according to the return address we provide.
  3. We receive the package, sterilize and inspect it.
  4. Refund (excluding shipping costs, only the money paid by the customer for the jewelry) is returned to the customer.
  5. Send a $5 coupon to the customer via email for reimbursement of the postage paid by the customer for sending back.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
