- We need 6-12 hours to process your order. After the order is processed, we will notify the warehouse to prepare the jewelry, for those in stock we will ship within 1-2 days, for those not in stock, it may take up to 2-3 days to prepare for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
- Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we ask all of our customers to be aware of our jewelry production window. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will help you to thoroughly sanitize and clean your jewelry when we package it, and we also recommend that you sanitize your package layer by layer after you receive it.
- Once your jewelry has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order number and logistics order number.
- To track your order, please check the delivery information at 17TRACK via your courier order number, you can also do so on the track my order page.

- For all orders, our shipping time is about 6-10 business days, delivery time varies by country, the exact delivery time is shown in the table below, please note that we also need a few days to prepare for shipping, our warehouse is in Guangzhou, all orders are sent in Guangzhou.
